Terms and Conditions

Based on Indonesian law, all prices are in Indonesian Rupiah.
All prices are subject to 8% charge of service and 10% PB1.
All areas are required Full Payment in advance to secure the booking and non- refundable except Restaurant, Stairs, and Bean Bag table will be first come first served.
Minimum spending payment will be settled in advance and will be non-refundable. In case of bad weather we will reallocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option and the minimum spending still applies.
Accepted form of payment in the venue is cash and credit/debit card. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Maestro, BCA Debit and BNI Debit.
The minimum spend may change from time to time without prior notice and not applicable for special events.

After completing your reservation, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be sent through your email. Please check this confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it to ensure that what was booked matches the confirmation. If your confirmation does not arrive (within 24 hours) or there are any errors, please contact us immediately.
Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant accepts no responsibility for any transfer of e- booking confirmations to and/or used by third parties. Please treat your e-booking confirmation like your valued belongings.
Please note that Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant strictly forbids the reselling of reservations at an increased price by any unauthorized third parties. In such cases, reservations will be automatically void with no refund.
Our Guest Relation will require the e-booking confirmation via mobile device to process registration.

Non-refundable Payment Guarantee. It is agreed that if clients cancel the reservation for any reason, clients will not receive any credit or refund on all the payments.
Minimum spending payment will be settled in advance and will be non-refundable, in case of bad weather, and alternative seating options will be reallocated without any guarantee, and minimum spending still applies.

Whilst we are a predominantly adult venue, we do accommodate children. However, we encourage parents to accompany their children at all times, should you wish to bring nannies, we ask that they adhere to the same dress code as our other guests. Except for events (normal daily operation only).

Smoking is allowed in all areas of our Beach Club except at the Swimming Pool and Restroom.

Outside food and beverage.
Toys, props or inflatables.
Pets.
Professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones unless there is a prior arrangement with our Marketing team.
Weapon, all sharp/dangerous items. The exception to this rule is our in-house Police or when we have Police or Army escorting VIP Guests, Politicians, etc.
Illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for possession of illegal drugs.
Please note that for your own safety, all vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance and all bags, backpacks, purses, parcels or other goods in your possession are subject to inspection prior to entering Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant's premises. Our management reserves all rights to refuse entry. All items not permitted will be labeled and held by our Guest Relation team until departure.

Online reservation is not applicable for group bookings of 20 people or more. All reservations will be treated individually.

Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant.
All personal belongings are solely the guests' responsibility. Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant reserves the right to eject guests or complete groups for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or failure to comply with the reasonable request of the management and will follow the guidance of the police and/or relevant Indonesian authority in such matters. Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant decision is final, and no refund will be given in this case.
Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant may close the complete venue, specific areas and/or the beach access on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is affected, our Reservations will contact you as soon as possible to advise the alternatives date and the payment will be non-refundable.
Please note that photos and video footage taken by our Creative Team may be used for advertising, promotion and marketing purposes of Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant.
Cactus Beach Club and Restaurant reserves the rights to modify the terms & conditions at any time.
